Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke by CT or MRI; 2.First-time unilateral lesion accompanied by unilateral upper limb dysfunction, in the subacute stage of stroke, with disease course between 2 weeks and 6 months; 3.Age between 18 and 80 years; 4.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 24, without severe cognitive or communication impairments; 5.Apart from routine medications for underlying conditions, no other drugs have been used;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe systemic diseases such as cardiovascular or pulmonary conditions that cannot tolerate rehabilitation therapy; 2.Patients diagnosed with severe depression or other mental disorders; 3.Patients with other neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease or epilepsy, in addition to stroke; 4.Presence of metallic foreign bodies in the skull or other electronically implanted devices; 5.Currently using medications that alter cortical excitability; 6.Patients diagnosed with tumors;
