Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.With a history of sexual activity; 2.Patients selected for gasless VNOTES benign adnexal surgery based on meeting the operative criteria;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with incomplete data; 2.Individuals with vaginal stenosis; 3.Individuals with reproductive tract malformations; 4.Individuals with active vaginal infection; 5.Individuals with severe endometriosis or a history of pelvic inflammatory disease who are suspected to have severe pelvic adhesions or obliteration of the pouch of Douglas; 6.Individuals with suspected malignancy; 7.Pregnant individuals;
