Dental Anxiety

Interventions

Group A:All patients received an initial dose of 2 mg remimazolam, with additional 1 mg doses as needed. Alfentanil was administered at a dose of 3 µg/kg over 30 ± 5 seconds.
Group B:All patients received an initial dose of 2 mg remimazolam, with additional 1 mg doses as needed. Alfentanil was administered at a dose of 5 µg/kg over 30 ± 5 seconds.
Group C:All patients received an initial dose of 2 mg remimazolam, with additional 1 mg doses as needed. Alfentanil was administered at a dose of 7 µg/kg over 30 ± 5 seconds.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing dental extraction at the Third Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University 2.Age 60~80 years old 3. ASA classification ? ~ ? 4. Weight 18~30kg/m^2 5. Number of extracted teeth >= 3 teeth 6. Patient's consent to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological disorders (cognitive impairment, brain injury, etc.) 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases 3. Hepatic or renal impairment or acute hepatic or renal failure 4. Known hypersensitivity to sedative or local anaesthetic drugs 5. History of opioid abuse 6. Acute periodontal inflammatory period, unsuitable for dental extractions
