18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years, gender unrestricted; 2. Diagnosed with moderate-to-severe esophagogastric varices by electronic gastroscopy, and in the stage of primary prophylaxis; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with primary liver cancer or other malignant tumors; 2. Post-splenectomy; 3. Dysfunction of vital organs (heart, lung, brain, kidney, etc.); 4. Pre-existing portal vein thrombosis (PVT); 5. Complicated with other hypercoagulable states or hematological diseases; 6. Use of antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs for other diseases; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
