Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with newly diagnosed sputum smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis, patients receiving standardized short course chemotherapy regimen; 2.Age over 18 years old; 3.The patient is aware of this study and voluntarily agrees to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous medical history of tuberculosis or anti tuberculosis treatment; 2.Patients who are unconscious and unable to complete the survey questionnaire; 3.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Contraindicated users of anti tuberculosis drugs; 5.Combining underlying diseases such as immune system disorders or malignant tumors may affect treatment outcomes; 6.Patients who have been found to be resistant to first-line anti tuberculosis drugs through drug sensitivity testing at baseline or during the treatment process and have changed their treatment plan.
