Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for postpartum rectus abdominis diastasis; 2.The postpartum period is defined as ranging from 42 to 180 days following childbirth; 3.monocyesis;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital dysplasia of the abdominal wall or dermatological conditions affecting the abdominal wall skin; 2.Contraindications to stimulation include or are associated with respiratory system diseases; 3.The co-occurrence of severe complications, including postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum surgical site infection, presents significant clinical challenges; 4.Associated with pelvic floor disorders, including anorectal conditions such as anal spasm and rectal prolapse; 5.A history of trauma or surgical intervention in the pelvic, abdominal, or thoracic cavities (excluding cesarean section) is present. 6.Individuals with concurrent malignant tumors or severe osteoporosis, as well as other serious comorbid conditions; 7.Use of medications affecting muscular function within six months prior to enrollment; 8.Patients with chronic constipation, persistent coughing, or other conditions leading to elevated intra-abdominal pressure; 9.Recent patients enrolled in the electrical stimulation research project group;
