20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 20 and 40, married, with regular sexual life, and without contraception for more than 1 year without successful pregnancy; 2. not having chronic abdominal pain or lumbosacral pain; 3. Have not used vaginal medication or probiotic preparations; 4. His male partner does not have oligo, weak, abnormal or azoospermia that causes female infertility.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other uterine pathologies: uterine malformations such as uterine adhesions, submucosal fibroids, and longitudinal uterine septum; 2. combination of endometriosis, ovarian tumours, tubal effusion; 3. patients with female hormonal abnormalities and unexplained bleeding; 4. or patients with uterine and/or adnexal pressure and pain in gynaecological examination and suspected pelvic inflammatory disease; 5. patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic and renal dysfunction diseases that are not suitable for IVF/ICSI treatment or pregnancy.
