Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis and be undergoing a total knee arthroplasty for the first time; 2.Be aged between 60 and 80 years; 3.Give informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study; 4.Have normal cognitive function and be able to communicate effectively; 5.The patient or their family members should be proficient in using internet tools such as smartphones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe diseases affecting systems such as the heart, brain, and kidneys; 2. Development of serious complications after surgery; 3.Presence of mental disorders.
