Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.be aged between 18 and 70 years; 2.be histologically confirmed to be stage III-IVA (based on the 8th edition of the AJCC/UICC staging system); 3.received two or three cycles of IC combined with CCRT; 4.had Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1; 5.had no severe hematological, liver and kidney toxicity; 6.had complete clinical, examination, and follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.had metastatic NPC at initial diagnosis or progression after systemic therapy; 2.had prior history of other malignant tumors; 3.be failured to receive and complete IC combined with CCRT.
