Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. It meets one of the diagnostic criteria of severe stroke; 3. Patients with random blood glucose>10mmol/l for any two or more times within 4h after admission to ICU were treated with insulin intravenous pump; 4.The family members of the patients agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients during pregnancy; 2. Patients who are instructed to use insulin subcutaneous injection or oral hypoglycemic drugs for blood glucose control; 3.Stroke patients transferred from other hospitals; 4.With malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, hematological diseases and other serious diseases; 5.Patients taking hormone or immunosuppressant recently; 6. Stay in ICU<24h.
