18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Outpatients with no previous regular exercise habits; 2) Those who have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age under 18 or over 80; 2) Patients with a history of regular exercise, including more than 2 sessions per week of various intensity aerobic activities, or more than 2 sessions per week of strength training or resistance exercises; 3) Patients with chronic diseases other than metabolic diseases (obesity, diabetes, fatty liver, hyperlipidemia); 4) Those with musculoskeletal disorders who cannot participate in regular exercise; 5) Patients with malignant tumors; 6) Women planning to become pregnant, currently pregnant, or breastfeeding; 7) Those unwilling to participate in the study or unable to sign the informed consent form.
