Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Two groups were collected. one group is the PF group (patients referred to the rehabilitation department for physical therapy after being diagnosed by clinicians with unilateral or bilateral plantar fasciitis); the other group is the healthy group. Inclusion criteria for the PF group: meet the diagnostic criteria for plantar fasciitis (such as pain upon waking up or after prolonged sitting, tenderness at the medial tuberosity of the calcaneus, etc.); aged 18-65 years; able to independently complete the walking test. Inclusion criteria for the healthy group: healthy individuals with matching gender, age, and body mass index (BMI), and without lower limb pain for the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PF group: History of foot surgery, fracture, neurological disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, severe obesity (BMI > 30). Healthy group: Within the past year, there has been a history of foot trauma, surgery, fracture, lower limb pain; there is a difference in lower limb length; pregnancy.
