Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients 18-85 years old; 2.Patients with angina intending to receive PCI. 3.The target lesion was moderate to severe calcified on coroanry angiograms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Admission diagnosis of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction; 2.Patients with heart failure and respiratory failure leading to orthopnea; 3.History of contrast agent allergy; 4.Acute or chronic infectious diseases (e.g., severe pneumonia); 5.Recent history of hemorrhagic stroke (within 6 months); 6.Severe hepatic dysfunction (total bilirubin > 3 × ULN) or renal insufficiency (eGFR < 15 mL/min/1.73 m²); due to various causes; 7.History of any type of cardiomyopathy; 8.Severe anemia, thrombocytopenia, other hematologic disorders, or contraindications to antiplatelet therapy; 9.Pregnant or lactating women, as well as patients planning pregnancy during the trial period; 10.Participation in other interventional clinical studies or individuals deemed unsuitable by the investigator.
