Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. ASA classification is grade I - III; 3. The surgery is planned to be performed under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation for elective head and neck tumor surgery; 4. The duration of the surgery is >= 3 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity with BMI = 28 kg/m^2; 2. Severe kidney disease (glomerular filtration rate < 50 ml/min); 3. Severe liver disease (Child-Pugh B or C grade); 4. History of myocardial infarction, heart failure and respiratory failure; 5. Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS); 6. History of spontaneous pneumothorax; 7. Neuromuscular diseases; 8. Respiratory tract infection within 1 month; 9. Abnormal coagulation and bleeding functions; 10. Allergic to local anesthetics and non-steroidal drugs; 11. Cognitive dysfunction; 12. Patients without informed consent.
