Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age >= 18 years; 2.Acute ischemic stroke patients admitted within 7 days of onset and diagnosed according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023. 3.Patients with complete brain MRI and blood laboratory data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe mental illness; 2.Patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment, infection, or malignancy. 3.Incomplete clinical data;

Correlation between C-FAR levels at admission and total CVSD burden score in patients with acute ischemic stroke.;

Correlation between C-FAR and individual CSVD imaging markers (lacunar infarcts, WMH, CMBs, PVS);The optimal cutoff value of C-FAR for predicting moderate to severe CSVD (total burden score >2);
