Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) Age 18-65 years, no gender restrictions; (2) Subjects diagnosed by a psychiatrist as meeting the DSM-5 criteria for depressive episode; (3) HAMD-24 total score >= 20; (4) Ability to complete scale assessments; (5) Informed consent signed by the patient and their family. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) Age 18-65 years; (2) Physically healthy, without depressive or anxious moods or sleep problems; (3) Voluntarily participating with their own or guardian's consent, signing the informed consent form; (4) Able to understand written language and cooperate with questionnaire surveys; (5) Able to complete the collection of relevant physiological indicators.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for other mental disorders in the DSM-5; (2) Has severe physical illnesses (such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy in children, etc.); 2. Healthy subject exclusion criteria: (1) Has a pacemaker or other non-removable metallic implants, or other contraindications to MRI
