Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. This is the first time for a craniotomy surgery; 3. Clear consciousness, informed consent, and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Previous chronic digestive system diseases; 3. Patients experiencing nausea and vomiting due to pregnancy, chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 4. Insensitive or allergic to the fragrant smells of mint, lemon, lavender, etc.; 5. Patients with mental disorders, cognitive impairments or hearing impairments who are unable to communicate or cooperate.

The incidence of PONV within 24 hours postoperatively;The time to the first onset of PONV;The severity of PONV;The situation of rescue antiemetic drugs used within 24 hours after the surgery due to PONV;
