Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure (CHF); 3. NYHA functional class II-III with stable condition; 4. PHQ-9 score >= 5 (indicating at least mild depressive symptoms); 5. Voluntary participation and provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of cognitive impairment or history of severe mental illness that precludes understanding of the intervention or adherence to the protocol; 2. Life expectancy less than 12 months; 3. Current or planned participation in other structured psychological or pharmacological intervention trials; 4. Regular, institutionalized religious gratitude prayer or meditation habits (>=3 times per week); 5. Any other condition deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigator.
