Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18-40 years old with a history of obvious ankle sprain; 2. At least one severe unilateral ankle sprain with pain and swelling in the previous year, which prevented normal participation in daily activities for more than 1 day; 3. At least 2 episodes of loss of ankle control in the past 6 months; 4. Cumberland ankle instability tool (CAIT) score <=24; 5. The anterior drawer test and talar tilt test were negative. 6. 18.5 kg/m^2 < BMI < 28 kg/^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of lower limb fracture or surgery; 2. Patients with acute lower limb injury within the past 3 months; 3. Patients with nervous system diseases, diabetes and vestibular disorders; 4. Those with missing data during the test or unable to complete the assessment as required.
