Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years and 0.04 ng/mL and B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) > 100 pg/mL; or ejection fraction (EF) < 50%; (3) No evidence of definite coronary artery obstruction or plaque rupture. 3. Time from diagnosis of acute stress-induced myocardial injury not exceeding 48 hours. 4. Peripheral blood and fecal samples collected within 48 hours of enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have the history end-stage malignancy. 2. Patients who received probiotic intervention within the past 3 months. 3. Patients who have received antibiotic therapy for more than 48 hours. 4. Patients who have pregnant or breastfeeding.
