General Inclusion Criteria (All must be met): Age: 18 to 80 years old; Compliance: Ability to understand and cooperate with study procedures; agreement to undergo OCT/OCTA imaging and clinical follow-up as required by the protocol, or to cooperate with biological sample collection within the routine clinical pathway; Informed Consent: Subjects must participate voluntarily and provide a signed written informed consent form (either by the subject or their legal guardian). 2. Clinical Diagnostic Requirements (Meeting one of the following): Glaucoma Subjects: Must meet the diagnostic criteria for Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma (POAG) as defined by the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Normal Tension Glaucoma (2025) and the Chinese Glaucoma Guidelines (2020): Presence of typical glaucomatous optic neuropathy (optic disc cupping); Glaucomatous visual field defects; Intraocular pressure (IOP) may be normal or elevated (measured by Goldmann applanation tonometry); generally, IOP > 21 mmHg is considered elevated; (Note: Also following the Diagnostic and Treatment Protocol for Neovascular Glaucoma and the Chinese Glaucoma Guidelines (2020)); Cataract Control Subjects: Must meet the diagnostic criteria for age-related cataract, with a history of glaucoma and other active fundus diseases excluded upon examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: General Exclusion Criteria Candidates presenting with any of the following characteristics will be excluded: 1.Ocular Confounding Factors: Co-existing conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion, or other diseases that severely interfere with visual function assessment or fundus image analysis. 2.Systemic Influences: Co-existing active inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, or patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction. 3.Special Physiological Periods: Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. 4.Recent Surgical or Trauma History: History of ocular trauma or non-study-related intraocular surgery within the past 3 months. 5.Medication Restrictions: Patients requiring long-term, high-dose use of systemic corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or vasoconstrictors/vasodilators (other than those being observed in this study).
