18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old,BMI 18.5-27.9 kg/m²; 2. ASA (American of Anesthesiologists) grade ? ~ ? patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery; 3. Patients and their families know the purpose of this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative existence of neurological or psychiatric diseases or those who cannot cooperate with the questionnaire; 2. Preoperative with delirium or dementia; 3. with severe respiratory, circulatory disorders; 4. Those with II, III degree atrioventricular block or significant sinus bradycardia; 5. Those with contraications of brachial plexus nerve block; 6. Those with a history of allergy to benzodiazepines or propofol, as well as those takingatives or analgesics for a long time.
