18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–65 years; 2. ASA physical status I–II; 3. Scheduled for elective non-cardiac surgery; 4. Preoperative HAMD-17 score >= 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of contraindications to esketamine (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension, hyperthyroidism, or known allergy to the drug); 2. A documented history of psychiatric disorders (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder) or long-term use of psychotropic medications; 3. Presence of severe systemic diseases (including organic heart disease, hepatic or renal insufficiency, etc.); 4. Receipt of tumor-related treatments prior to surgery, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or endocrine therapy; 5. BMI > 30 kg/m², a history of substance dependence, pregnancy, or breastfeeding; 6. Inability to cooperate with assessments (e.g., hearing or visual impairment, or language comprehension difficulties).
