Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A registered nurse of China; 2.(2) An operating room nurse; 3.(3) The current working place is the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A registered nurse working in another hospital; 2.Student nurse; 3.The nurse who intends to retire during the study;

1. Qulity and quantity of works published on the new media platforms; ;2. Patient feedback indecators: letters of commendation, banners, etc. (positive); number of valid complaints (negative).;
