Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either gender who will undergo elective LC surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital, with ASA classification I to II, age 18 to 64 years, weight 50-70 kg, and BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m².
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The individual refuses to participate in the study; 2. Presence of severe atrioventricular block or sinus bradycardia; 3. Anticipated surgical duration exceeding 2 hours; 4. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Long-term use of psychotropic medications; 6. History of chronic pain.
