Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the pneumonia criteria specified in the Guidelines, having indications for flexible bronchoscopy, and with basically stable vital signs; 2.Aged 19 to 89 years; 3. Patients who are conscious and able to communicate; 4.Patients with good compliance, who can understand the details of this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate; 2.Requiring bronchoscopy under general anesthesia or rigid endoscopy; 3.Aged >= 90 years or = 3 L/min to maintain peripheral capillary oxygen saturation (SpO2) at >= 90%; 8. Central airway stenosis > 80%; 9. Heart rate 1.4, platelet count < 50,000 × 10^9/L, and/or hemoglobin < 7 g/dL; 13.Other critically ill conditions, presence of contraindications to bronchoscopy, or being deemed unsuitable for the study by pulmonologists after evaluation.
