Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain the qualification certificate of medical caregiver; 2. Have worked as a caregiver for at least 6 months; 3. Have good communication skills; 4. Be able to use smart phones and the wechat app; 5. Age: 18 to 65 years old; 6. Voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have received relevant training for medical caregivers within the past three months; 2. On sick leave or maternity leave; 3. The main service targets are pregnant and postpartum women or infants and young children.
