Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiac dysfunction who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024; 2. Diagnosis of cardiac dysfunction complies with the relevant criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2025"; 3. Complete clinical data, including demographic information, laboratory test results, surgical-related data, and postoperative follow-up data; 4. Postoperative follow-up duration >=1 year or until death.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage diseases such as malignant tumors and severe hepatic and renal failure. 2. Patients who abandoned the operation midway or died within 24 hours after surgery. 3. Patients with missing key clinical data (such as BNP, Hb, etc.). 4. Patients lost to follow-up or with incomplete follow-up data.
