Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent primary anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR)at our institution between September 2015 and September 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior knee surgery; 2. Concomitant ligament repair or reconstruction other than anterolateral tenodesis; 3. Fractures requiring reduction and internal fixation; 4. Incomplete clinical data.
