18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–60 years, right-handed, no gender restrictions; 2. Current episode or recurrent episode of DSM-5 Major Depressive Disorder (confirmed via MINI, supplemented with SCID-5 if necessary), no psychotic symptoms, current episode duration =4 weeks; 3. Stable psychiatric medication regimen: Current medication regimen maintained for at least 4 weeks prior to enrollment, or no initiation of new psychiatric medications within 4 weeks before enrollment; 4. Able to understand the study objectives and procedures, with capacity to sign informed consent; 5. Willing to actively cooperate with treatment after fully understanding the safety profile of tTIS, with informed consent signed by both the participant and family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other major mental disorders; or current presence of obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, eating disorders, or anxiety disorders with significant functional impairment; 2. History of alcohol or substance abuse; 3. History of epilepsy, head surgery, or intracranial metal implants; 4. Presence of a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices; 5. Pregnancy or lactation.
