Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients aged >= 60 years old; 2. Continuous bed rest or restricted mobility for >= 72 hours; 3. Expected hospitalization time >= 7 days; 4. Clear consciousness, basic understanding and communication skills, able to receive health education in voice form; 5. Padua risk assessment score >= 4 6. with informed consent from the patient or legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with venous thromboembolism before enrollment; 2. Has severe cognitive impairment, delirium, or mental illness, and is unable to cooperate with researchers; 3. Individuals with contraindications to ankle pump exercise.
