18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 3. Body mass index 18.5-30 kg/m^2; 4. Patients who underwent elective partial thyroidectomy and agreed to use a postoperative analgesic pump.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with retrosternal goiter or perioperative lymph node dissection; 2. Patients who are allergic or contraindicated to esketamine or any NMDA receptor antagonist; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Patients with a history of hyperthyroidism; 5. Female patients who are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant; 6. Patients with a history of mental illness; Patients with a history of substance abuse or dependence; 7. Patients who are unable to follow the postoperative follow-up, cooperate with the study plan, or refuse to participate.
