18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~70 years old. 2. ASA grade I-II. 3. BMI18.5~28Kg/m^2. 4. Elective painless gastroenteroscopy is planned. 5. The heart, kidney, liver and other organs function normally, and there are no cognitive, audio-visual and sensory disorders. 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary disease (eg, uncontrolled hypertension, bradycardia <50 beats/min, atrioventricular block). 2. History of nasal deformity, allergic rhinitis, or recent nasal surgery. 3. Chronic use of sedative/anxiolytic medications or alpha-2 agonists. 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
