18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. predicted duration of mechanical ventilation >=7 d; 2.age >=18 years and <=80 years; 3.no brain organic lesions; 4.voluntary participants after communication with the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.primary motor dysfunction or definite neuromuscular disease; 2.lumbar spine, pelvis, lower extremity trauma or surgery; 3.limb defects; 4.maternal; 5.redness, swelling, bleeding and other conditions at the measurement points of both lower limbs; (6) anticipated death or palliative care.
