Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Visit within 24 hours after traumatic brain injury and complete relevant imaging and behavioral examinations; 2. Age 18-65; right-handed; 3. All patients were examined and diagnosed by experienced neurologists and met the diagnostic criteria for mTBI proposed by the Mayo Clinic in the United States: a Glasgow Coma Scale score of 13-15 within 24 hours; loss of consciousness <=30 minutes, post-traumatic amnesia <=24 hours, and/or the temporary appearance of one or more neurological abnormalities; excluding intracranial hematomas, penetrating fractures, brain contusions, etc., as shown on routine cranial CT/MRI, with or without transient neurological dysfunction (such as depression, headache, or delirium) or basal skull fractures; improvement without the need for any neurosurgical treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic brain injury cases involve litigation; 2. Currently or previously suffering from any neurological and/or psychiatric-related disorders; 3. Currently or previously has a history of substance abuse or addiction; 4. History of traumatic brain injury; 5. Contraindications for MRI (such as metal implants in the body, claustrophobia, etc.);
