Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Age >= 60 years old; able to walk independently (may use walking aids); capable of completing self-assessment via mobile device (may be assisted by family members or healthcare staff); voluntarily participate and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Diagnosis of dementia or severe mental/neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease; presence of severe hearing or visual impairments that may affect the assessment; participation in other cognitive intervention studies or receipt of similar interventions within the past 6 months.
