Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses with 0 to 4 years of experience; 2. Trained in Rounds-style head nurse rounds; 3. Voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who failed to complete nursing rounds for various reasons.2.Nurses who have not completed testing or surveys;3. Vulnerable groups other than the researcher's subordinates and staff of the research institution, including individuals with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, pregnant women, etc.
