Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Population 1: Men who have sex with men 1. >=18 years of age; 2. informed consent; 3. were born with a male sex; 4. have had male-to-male sex in the last 12 months; 5. have not had a CT/NG test in the last 12 months. Population 2: Young Students 1. >=18 years of age; 2. informed consent; 3. enrolled in school; 4. had sexual intercourse in the last 12 months; 5. have not had a CT/NG test in the last 12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People living with HIV(PLWH); 2. Taken antibiotics in the last 28d; 3. Duplicate participation in research; 4. Refuse to comply with follow-up arrangements; 5. Cognitively incapacitated; 6. During pregnancy/lactation.
