13 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with a depressive disorder according to DSM-5 criteria through structured clinical interviews conducted by two or more attending psychiatrists; 2) Aged 13-60 years; 3) Voluntarily participating in the study and has signed informed consent; 4) Has not received any psychiatric medication prior to enrollment or has discontinued psychiatric medication for >=2 weeks (>=5 weeks for fluoxetine).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe physical illnesses; 2) Other mental disorders; 3) Receiving other forms of psychological treatment or participating in similar studies within one month before the start of the study; 4) Patients who are unable to operate or complete the use of VR equipment.
