Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patients who were clinically eligible and voluntarily opted for oncoplastic surgery as an alternative to mastectomy, with the selected procedure falling within the scope defined in this study: either VR (chest wall perforator flap), VD, or E-IBR. 2.Patients who completed and submitted the validated Breast-Q questionnaire, a disease-specific quality of life instrument for breast cancer patients, during follow-up. 3.Patients with complete preoperative baseline breast appearance photographs complying with the hospital's imaging protocol, as well as a series of postoperative follow-up breast appearance photographs, available for aesthetic outcome evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent simple wide local excision of the breast without any concurrent oncoplastic reconstruction. 2.Patients who underwent unilateral total mastectomy or nipple-sparing subcutaneous glandular excision due to clinical necessity or personal choice. 3.Patients who did not complete the Breast-Q questionnaire during follow-up, resulting in missing patient-reported outcome data. 4.Patients lacking standardized preoperative or postoperative breast photographs suitable for professional assessment, making objective evaluation of aesthetic outcomes unfeasible. 5.Patients with advanced breast cancer (M1 stage) confirmed by preoperative or postoperative imaging and pathological examinations, as their treatment goals and prognosis differ substantially, and were therefore excluded.
