18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients scheduled for elective spinal canal decompression, nucleus pulposus removal, or discectomy at Ordos Central Hospital 2 who meet ASA grade I-III and can tolerate general anesthesia, 3 have no preoperative cognitive impairment and can cooperate with the experiment, 4 provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study, 5 have a BMI between 17.5 and 28.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients allergic to benzodiazepines 2 Patients with severe central nervous system disease who cannot complete preoperative scales 3 Patients with severe atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, or sinus bradycardia (<50 beats per minute) 4 Emergency surgery cases 5 Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency 6 Patients with intraoperative blood loss exceeding 1000 ml or those transferred to the ICU postoperatively who cannot complete the scales
