Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years old, with no gender restrictions; 2. Pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer or lung metastatic cancer, and scheduled for lung lobe resection surgery; 3. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy group: received at least 2 cycles of a double-drug regimen containing platinum-based drugs as neoadjuvant chemotherapy before the surgery; 4. No chemotherapy group: diagnosed and did not receive any chemotherapy or targeted therapy before the surgery, and directly underwent surgical treatment; 5. The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Presence of significant respiratory/circulatory system diseases before surgery, such as definite interstitial lung disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD grade 3 or above), severe pulmonary hypertension, or heart failure; 2. Severe autoimmune diseases or long-term use of immunosuppressants; 3. Active pulmonary infection before surgery; 4. Inability to cooperate with the study or provide informed consent.
