Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with NSCLC or SCLC at the TNM stage of ?B (inoperable) - ? (T1-4, N0-3, M1a/b) through clinical endoscopy and pathology; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. KPS functional status score >= 60 points; 4. Evaluated by the doctor as suitable for participation and expected survival period >= 12 months; 5. Aware of the diagnosis and voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with advanced lung cancer with brain/bone metastases, patients with long-term bone marrow suppression, patients undergoing anticoagulation therapy, patients with congestive heart failure, patients with cognitive dysfunction (with a MoCA score < 26), regular exercisers or those with exercise contraindications, patients with lower extremity orthopedic diseases, participants in similar related studies, all the above exclusion criteria were confirmed through case information.
