group F:Anesthesia maintenance: In group F, fospropofol disodium was administered by target-controlled infusion at 12.5–15 mg·kg-1·h-1.
group S:Anesthesia maintenance: Group S received 2.5%–3% sevoflurane via inhalation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for thoracoscopic lung cancer resection under general anesthesia, aged 18–65 years, either gender, with a BMI of 18–23.9 kg/m² and ASA physical status II–III; able to communicate, provide written informed consent, and complete the assessment scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery; acute or chronic decompensated heart disease (left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%); severe renal dysfunction; combined neuroendocrine or immune system diseases; psychiatric disorders; refusal to participate or inability to provide informed consent.
