Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with colorectal cancer need to be pathologically diagnosed and sign an informed consent form by themselves or their agents; 2.Healthy volunteers need to have colonoscopy results showing no intestinal lesions and sign the informed consent form themselves or their agents;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with major diseases of the heart, brain, blood vessels, respiratory system, etc; 2.Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes; 3.Patients with other intestinal diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative proctitis; 4.Patients with mental illness or cognitive and communication dysfunction;
