Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.aged 18 years or older; 2.provided signed informed consent; 3.currently employed or retired employees of the Kailuan Group; 4.had participated in at least one employee health examination organized by the Kailuan Group;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.having severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2.being pregnant or lactating; 3.being unable to cooperate with completing relevant examinations (such as ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity measurement);
