Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Shoulder pain accompanied by restricted shoulder movement or difficulty in lifting, with a duration of =3 months; 2.Age between 40 and 70 years; 3.MRI-confirmed partial-thickness tear of the rotator cuff, limited to within the supraspinatus tendon, with a tear size =3 cm; 4.Involvement of a single shoulder joint; 5.Willingness to participate in this study treatment and comply with follow-up arrangements..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of conditions such as frozen shoulder or calcific tendinitis in the affected shoulder, or a history of trauma or surgery in the shoulder region; 2. Receipt of any other relevant treatments for the condition since its onset, apart from the therapy under investigation in this study; 3. Skin lesions or infections in the shoulder area; 4. Severe impairment of liver or kidney function, or severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Contraindications for magnetic therapy, including a tendency for bleeding in the shoulder joint, presence of a cardiac pacemaker, or metal implants within the shoulder joint.
