18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age of 18-80 years old, limb fractures undergoing open reduction and internal fixation (=2 weeks after injury); 2 Complete clinical data; 3ASA grade I-III; 4 sign the informed consent, follow the doctor's advice, and cooperate with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of allergy or contraindication to local anesthetics; 2 History of chronic pain > 3 months or long-term use of opioids; 3 hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4 pathological fracture or open fracture; 5 patients did not cooperate with follow-up after operation.
