Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, female patients; 2. At least one pregnancy history and at least one existing living offspring; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for SLE set by ACR in 2019; 4. ANA titer >=1:320; 5. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary SLE (patients whose SLE is clearly induced by other drugs or diseases);
