Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The age range is 0-14 years old; 2.Meeting the Pediatric Acute Lung Injury Consensus Conference (PALICC) definition of Pediatric Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (PARDS). 3.Duration of mechanical ventilation <72 hours; 4.PEEP level between 5 and 15cmH2O.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of PARDS but mechanical ventilation for more than 72 hours; 2. Hemodynamic instability with severe left and right heart dysfunction; 3. The dose of vasoactive drugs was adjusted by more than 50% within the last 6 hours; 4. Blood lactic acid >2mmol/L; 5. Bronchiolitis, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, restrictive lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis; 6. Continuous inhalation of NO or oral sildenafil; 7. Severe traumatic brain injury; 8. Use extracorporeal membrane lung life support.
